Library Mission Statement

The South Mountain Community College Library is located in the Learning Resources Center Building (LRC) at the center of campus.  The use of the Library for instructional support is a vital and essential component in the preparation of SMCC students for their entry into the new information society and the development of necessary information-seeking skills.

The SMCC Library integrates traditional library services, with access to audio and video materials, electronic databases, computer technology, and multimedia resources in support of the college's instructional program and the South Phoenix community.
